We saw an opportunity to do things differently by focusing on honest evaluations and solutions that truly fit each roof’s condition. Lance brings decades of leadership experience across both B2C and B2B environments, with a career rooted in the trades and built on real-world expertise. It was during his early years in the industry that he met John Free, now Vice President, and together they have spent decades building a trusted business partnership grounded in strong values, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
Lance’s approach to business is shaped not only by his professional experience but by his dedication to family. As a husband, father of six, and grandfather of five, he understands the importance of trust, responsibility, and long-term relationships—principles that carry through into every aspect of his work.
John Free, Vice President, has been a contractor since 1988, bringing decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to the organization. His expertise in ground-up construction has been the foundation of his success, enabling him to manage and contribute to projects on an international scale.
John’s depth of experience plays a vital role in the strength and direction of the company, providing insight, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in every project. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a devoted husband and father who values family above all—principles that reflect in both his leadership and his work.
