Lance brings decades of leadership experience across both B2C and B2B environments, with a career rooted in the trades and built on real-world expertise. It was during his early years in the industry that he met John Free, now Vice President, and together they have spent decades building a trusted business partnership grounded in strong values, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
Lance’s approach to business is shaped not only by his professional experience but by his dedication to family. As a husband, father of six, and grandfather of five, he understands the importance of trust, responsibility, and long-term relationships—principles that carry through into every aspect of his work.
John Free, Vice President, has been a contractor since 1988, bringing decades of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to the organization. His expertise in ground-up construction has been the foundation of his success, enabling him to manage and contribute to projects on an international scale.
John’s depth of experience plays a vital role in the strength and direction of the company, providing insight, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in every project. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a devoted husband and father who values family above all—principles that reflect in both his leadership and his work.
